Housing data
Market reports
Reported by submarket rather than by county, because a Wake County median blends a 1928 bungalow with a 2024 build twenty-five miles away and describes no house that anybody is actually buying.
Why are some tables empty?
Because the data for that period is not yet in hand and checked. The method, the scope and the exclusions publish first so that the figures can be judged when they arrive; nothing illustrative or estimated is used to fill the gap.
It is a deliberate trade. A table of plausible-looking numbers would make the page feel finished and would make every real figure on the site less trustworthy.
Need the figures for one street rather than a submarket?
A comparable set for a specific address is a different piece of work, and a more useful one.
